SECURE DNC · THE WEDGE

Your G-code, under command.

Vaulted programs, proven revisions, quarantined edits, and a migration path off Predator DNC: program control an assessor can see.

PROGRAM PULSESECURE DNC · REV D

Your G-code is a controlled document. Finally, a DNC that treats it like one.

Legacy DNC moves files. Program Pulse governs them. It is the difference between a folder and a system of record, and it is the difference an assessor can see.

01

Vaulted, not scattered

Programs live in department vaults, organized Vault to Part to Operation to Machine. CAM files, setup sheets, and attachments travel with the program, so the whole job package has one controlled home.

02

One proven revision, always

New uploads and edits enter as pending approval. Approving a revision proves it and automatically obsoletes the last one, with reason codes and change descriptions on record. Machines receive proven revisions. Period.

03

Edits come back through quarantine

When an operator adjusts a program at the control, it returns to a quarantine queue, not to the vault. A programmer reviews a side-by-side diff of exactly what changed, then accepts it into revision control or rejects it with a reason. Nothing merges silently.

04

An editor that speaks G-code

A built-in editor with hover documentation for G and M codes, context-aware completion, syntax checking, formatting, variable rename, and side-by-side compare. Dialect intelligence for Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, and LinuxCNC controls.

05

Every touch is a record

File opens, sends to machine, pulls from machine, and revision approvals are logged with the person attached. When the assessor asks, you filter, you export, you move on with your day.

06

Leave your legacy DNC without the migraine

A built-in migration wizard for Predator DNC connects to your existing database, previews what it found, and moves your library over with progress tracking and a migration history you can show your team.
