ALLOY PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES · MENTOR, OHIO

Built inside advanced manufacturing. Not about it.

A working aerospace and defense floor of 40+ CNC and Swiss machines is the proving ground: every workflow argued with by machinists first.

DOCTRINEALLOY PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES

Not developed about manufacturing. Developed inside it.

Production Pulse was built by Alloy Precision Technologies, a Mentor, Ohio precision manufacturer serving aerospace and defense from a 73,000 square foot facility, to run its own floor of more than 40 CNC and Swiss machines.

Software about manufacturing is written in conference rooms. Software from manufacturing has been argued with by machinists.

Every workflow in the platform was shaped by a real constraint: a NADCAP audit, a revision dispute, a night shift that needed answers. Governor was forged the same way; its accuracy is graded daily, on the record, on the same machines it watches. When it reaches your floor, it arrives already proven on one.

ON THE BENCHROADMAP · SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Built in a shop that never stops asking for more

The roadmap comes from the same place the platform did: a working floor. These are in development now, and suite customers will meet them first.
