DEPLOYMENTSITE SURVEY TO GO-LIVE

Installed by people who have stood on a shop floor

Production Pulse was not deployed from a slide deck. It was wired into a working shop, one machine at a time. Yours goes the same way.

Site survey

We walk your floor, map every machine and its connectivity, and scope the install with you. You leave the survey with a fixed, itemized quote covering hookups, hardware, and training. No surprises after the signature.

Hookup and install

The server lands on your network. Machines connect over the Ethernet and serial connections they already have, with an optional Production Pulse connection module for the ones that need a bridge. Governor and Pilot deploy on a sealed on-prem appliance; nothing outbound required.

Train and go live

Role-based training for the office and the floor. Tablets at the machines, dashboards for the managers, vaults for the programmers, and a team that answers the phone after go-live.

Connectivity agnostic by design. Production Pulse does not force new hardware onto machines that can already talk. Existing Ethernet and serial connections work as they are. The connection module exists for the machines that need one, not as a toll booth for the ones that do not.
Then the clock starts. Every deployment begins with the 30-day proving period: observe-only, graded in the open, keep it if the number holds.
