This website, productionpulse.com. It does not cover the Production Pulse platform, which is installed on a server inside a customer's own network; the handling of programs, machine data, and production records there is governed by the customer's license agreement, and none of that data passes through this website.
When you use the contact or demo form, or email us, we receive what you choose to give us: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system so a person can read and reply to them. We use them to answer you, to schedule and prepare a demo, and to keep track of the conversation. We do not add you to automated marketing sequences.
The site itself sets no cookies. The embedded contact and demo forms are served by Zoho and may set cookies needed to operate the form. The on-page help panel stores nothing on your device.
We do not sell personal information.
For as long as the conversation or the relationship needs, and afterwards as required for our records. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we have a legal reason to keep them.
Email demo@productionpulse.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us not to contact you again. Replying to any message from us with that request works too.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive through the website; we will never ask for passwords, program files, or production records through it.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
